Ghite studied dentistry at The Royal London Hospital, Whitechapel and graduated in 1982. He then spent his time in General dental practice and developed his own multi-dental practice on the Ise Lodge Estate, Kettering from 1983 to 1993. He started gaining his orthodontic experience working as clinical assistant at Kettering General Hospital since 1982, and still works as honorary consultant to present day.
He started his orthodontic practice in 1993 located in Burton Latimer and later moved to Dryden Street and developed the specialist orthodontic multi-practice. He achieved his postgraduate orthodontic training programme at the Eastman Dental Hospital in London. In 2000 he was awarded a Master of Science degree with distinction and a Membership in Orthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of England allowing him to be registered as a specialist orthodontist with the General Dental council.
Ghite was the principal of The Old School House Orthodontic practice. He presented his research project at the British Orthodontic Conferences and was a prizewinner.He is a mentor and supervises orthodontic training. He is a member of the Consultant Orthodontic Group and Orthodontic Specialist Group of British Orthodontic Society, British Dental Association, Fellow of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners at the Royal College of Surgeons and Asian Odontological Group. He also sits on the Local Northampton Dental Committee, Milton Keynes and Northampton Orthodontic Managed Clinical Network and the board of Portman Dental Care. He is a trustee of Kettering Old Grammar School Foundation and Chitrakoot Project (UK) looking after cleft care in India.
Outside work Ghite is very keen on travelling, sports, socialising, entertaining and is involved working with local charities. He is married to Amrit and they have five lovely children.

David qualified from Cardiff dental school in 1987 and gained his Diploma in Primary Care Orthodontics, from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, in 2010.
He is an active member of the British Orthodontic Society (BOS), having been chairman of its Practitioner Group. David is now the Honorary Treasurer for the Society, is a member of its Executive committee and a Trustee. He has been involved with submissions from the BOS to NHSE and the CDO regarding the new orthodontic contracts.
David has chaired several sessions at the BOS Conference and also the 8th International Orthodontic Congress held in London in 2015. In 2014 he received a Special Service Award from the Society in recognition of his contribution to the BOS.
As Secretary of the Northamptonshire and Milton Keynes Orthodontic MCN he helped develop the standardised orthodontic referral form, which has been suggested as a template for a national referral document.
David is married to Deborah who also works in Northamptonshire as the Clinical Director of Specialist Services and a Deputy Medical Director. Deborah is a specialist in Special Care dentistry and has been asked to sit on numerous national panels.
Outside work, David enjoys family life with Deborah and their son, Jeremy. David is a keen cyclist, plays hockey and tennis and snowboards. As a family, they like foreign travel and fine dining.

Robert Dorr was educated at Kettering Grammar School and graduated BDS from Sheffield University Dental School and LDSRCS in 1980. After associateships in Loughborough , Peterborough and Stamford , he opened a family practice in Whittlesey , Cambridgeshire with his wife [ also a dentist ] in 1985.
Developing an interest in orthodontics , he undertook the East Anglian Extended Orthodontic Scheme over two years , completing this in 1997 , and until 2004 was a clinical assistant in the Orthodontic Dept at Peterborough District Hospital
He joined the Old School House Orthodontic Centre in 2009 and is a member of the British Orthodontic Society.

Dr. Hirsch graduated with Master of Science degree in dentistry in 2003 and is a specialist Orthodontist on the specialist register.Dr. Hirsch was awarded the second best dental student in his graduation year (out of 78 dental students) and the best dental student in his class.
In 2003 for one year, Dr. Hirsch had his internship in dentistry and was awarded by the board of experts the top mark, excellent (10).Since November 2004, Dr. Hirsch treats patients exclusively in Orthodontics.
Dr. Hirsch undertook the three-year post-graduate training in Orthodontics at Guy’s Hospital London, which is part of King’s College London University and received the Master of Science degree in Orthodontics and the Membership in Orthodontics (M.Orth) of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Dr. Hirsch is an active member of the British Orthodontic Society, World Federation of Orthodontists and the British Dental Association. Dr. Hirsch has published two articles in medical and dental journals. He is a certified Orthodontist for using Incognito 3M (Lingual Orthodontics).
Dr. Hirsch enjoys all aspects of orthodontics and believes all children and adults should have the best treatment whether it be private or NHS care. Dr. Hirsch is certified in Invisalign treatment and has treated many adults and children using Invisalign.

Julian studied at Queens University, Belfast; and underwent his orthodontic training at The Eastman Dental Hospital, London. He was a Senior Registrar at The John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
Since becoming a consultant 22 years ago, he has been a Clinical Director in his Hospital Trust. He was Chairman of the British Orthodontic Society Clinical Effectiveness Committee from 2002 – 2006 and remains a member of the BOS international committee. He was President of the Federation of European Orthodontists and is currently President of the European Federation of Orthodontic Specialists Associations. He is a member of the Evidence Based Dentistry Board and is an active member of The Angle Society of Europe. In 2006 he became a member of the European Board of Orthodontics, by examination.
Julian has been part of the clinical team involved in the Manchester randomised trials group as well as organising research in his own department. He is an examiner for the Membership in Orthodontics at the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. He continues to teach trainee orthodontists in collaboration with The Eastman Dental Hospital. His main professional interests are adult orthodontic treatment and orthodontics with surgery. He is married with three children and enjoys cycling, tennis and adventurous travel.
